After having successfully finished her studies at the medical schools in New York and in Frankfurt/Germany, Mrs. Cindik conducted her docotral thesis at a laboratory of the Harvard Medical School (please also see pulbications list at references).

Medical Doctor at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich After her research work in Harvard she worked as a medical doctor at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. She had clinical as well as reserach responsibility. Furthermore she worked as a teacher. She was a tutor at the Harvard-Munich-Alliance Project of the University to improve teaching. At this she used modern "case study" methods for knowledge transfer.

Harvard School of Public Health

To increase her knowledge about the structure of the health care system in Germany and in the USA and about the steak holders, she studied at the Harvard School of Public Health. Here she trained her analytical skills and learned to conduct studies and to do statistical analysis. She concerned herself with decision analysis, ethics of health care, mediation, epidemiology, health care management and further determinants of mental health.

Medical Doctor in Psychiatry & Psychotherapy & Coach

After having finished her studies in the Boston she worked at a strategic consulting firm. She conducted market analysis, was part of restructuring progects and developed trainings and documents for client aquisition.

Mrs Cindik founded the company Medical Advice & Coaching. She works as a lecturer develops and conducts workshops and is furthermore in training to become a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
