Perception

Self- and external perception – self fulfilling prophecy (Murphy's law) – rational and emotional level of perception - interactions- and sensitivity trainings to discover your personal improvement level at the moment.

Communication

Theoretical basics and models to rules to human communication – non-verbal vs. verbal parts and ambiguity of communication, Eisberg-Model - patterns and barriers of human interaction.

Creativity

successful association techniques: brainstorming - brainwriting – mindmapping, visualising - bisociation – exercises of standard acting techniques to discover your own creativity and spontaneity.

Goals
After this workshop you will know the important models of perception and communication as well as creativity techniques, which enrich your repertoire of reaction in daily work life decisions. You will have a better idea of your individual patterns of success and of failing.

Methods

short lecture, discussion and experience exchange with examples from the work practice of the participants, individual and group settings, exercises, role plays (possibly using video taping sessions and analysis).

Requirements

No special knowledge or abilities are needed to participate in this course except the willingness to reflect on yourself and the active participation in the exercises.
